About the Presentation:


In the first talk of the IEEE Boston Boston Consultants Network (CNET​) three part presentation to MDG Boston, David Connor talks about using consultants in the development and manufacture of medical devices, from a management perspective. Drawing from his background in international product development, Mr. Connor tells a real-life story about the value of consulting, then identifies the why and how consultants provide value during product development. The presentation also touches on the complex topic of regulatory compliance and summarizes how consultants can accelerate development and reduce risk.
